• Restriction as to primer designs

Proposed Innovation:
• Development of Nested-PCR in a single reaction tube
• New way to introduce specific primers into the reaction medium

Differential:
• Simple methodology with low-cost implementation
• Sensibility and specificity are not jeopardized
• No restriction as to temperatures of girdling
• Used to detect and identify different kinds of microorganism

Laboratory prototype validation
