Problem to be solved:
• Endemic diseases of great social impact
• Nonspecific results for Chagas Disease diagnosis
• Use of different kits to diagnose each disease

Proposed Innovation:
• Platform of differential diagnosis for Chagas Disease, Tegumentary and Visceral Leishmaniasis
• Simultaneous serological diagnosis of the diseases through flow cytometry technique

Differential:
• Differential diagnosis of three diseases in a single reaction
• Reduction of variability inherent in the laboratory professional
• Used in blood and tissue banks
• Easy methodology with good reproducibility
• Low final cost
• Possibility of automation in microplates
