Proposed Innovation:
• Direct agglutination test of visual reading
• Make use of antigens from species that cause visceral Leishmaniasis in Brazil
Differential:
• Use of Leishmania chagasi antigens
• High sensibility, specificity and reproducibility
• Easy implementation
• Kit with low final cost
• Used for field diagnosis
• Independence of imported products
