• Refraction to available treatment

Proposed Innovation:
• Combined use of medicines for the efficient treatment of Chagas’ Disease
• Synergistic effect of drugs with antagonists activity of antioxidant systems and pro-oxidant activity

Differential:
• Combinations of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DETC) drugs and benznidazole
• Reduction in side effects due to the use of low-concentration drugs
• Reduces the possibility of emergence of resistant microorganisms
