Problem to be solved:
• Different clinical manifestations of Dengue fever
• Influence of immune response in disease prognosis

Proposed Innovation:
• Using HLA class 1 and 2, TNF and IFN-gamma genes for Dengue fever prognosis
• Individual therapy from the immunogenetic profile
• Helpful for the clinical management of patients with Dengue fever

Differential:
• Based on individual genetic polymorphism
• Platform validated through more than 100 patients previously tested
• Cost reduction for the Brazilian Health System (SUS)
• Platform is applicable to various diseases
• Use of sequencing and polymerase chain reaction techniques

Productive sector of goods and services

No patent protection
