Problem to be solved
Difficulty in obtaining a nationwide insight into the specifics of organization of the health system of each region, operation of justice, quality of the data obtained for the studies and the different ways of analyzing these data.

Proposed innovation
Information on the main characteristics of litigations to assist health and justice sectors in the search for strategies to resolve these lawsuits with the presentation of a basic set of indicators with attributes that enable distinctly analysis of characteristics such as: demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the lawsuit author; legal and procedural characteristics of actions; medical-sanitary characteristics of actions and political-administrative characteristics.

Differential
The indicators enable to identify changes in the profile of lawsuits and anticipate new strategies; systematize studies in different locations, so as to have a larger diagnosis; compare demands on the same site or in others, and at different times.
