Implementation of a quality management system in test laboratories in order to generate technically valid laboratory results.

Proposed innovation

Guide composed of three printed books and a media unit for implementation of such systems.

Differential

• Performs laboratory organization diagnostic against the requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Enables the preparation of an Action Plan to achieve accreditation.
