Meet the requirements of analytical quality evidence of test laboratories in the food field by public health bodies and customs agencies for export.

Proposed innovation

Storage of reference materials (lyophilic) stable for long periods, with less risk of contamination and requiring no further manipulation.

Differential

• Lyophilization of MR to EP in food microbiology by own development;
• Offer services for the preparation of development projects for production processes of MR;
• Training Brazilian laboratories for producing large-scale MR to EP in food microbiology.
