- Difficulties in keeping the infant with respiratory problems in a sitting position
Proposed Innovation:
- Apparatus to support and keep the patient in a seated position
- Improvement of pulmonary ventilation in hospitalized children
Differential:
- Preventive measure for bronchoaspiration
- Keeps the head in straight position
- Enables more effective therapy
- Protects venous puncture
- Easy cleaning through washing, autoclaving and other methods
