Problem to be solved:

• Side effect due to the long-term use of gastric probe
• Early weaning
• Serves the needs of “Baby-friendly Hospital Initiative” (IHAC)[1]

 Proposed Innovation:

• Cup to oral feed newborns
• Safe administration of the diet

Differential:

• Oral, physiological and speech therapy use
• Reduction in the newborn risk of bronchoaspiration
• Facilitates the maturation of oral functions
• Non-toxic, anti-allergic, odorless and soft material
• Easy cleaning and sterilization
• Serves the needs of “National program of breastfeeding”
