• Weakness in surveillance practices and health promotion
• Absence of audiovisual and printed materials to assist professionals in developing health education activities

Proposed innovation

• Equip family health workers with educational kits (audiovisual, music, book)
• Raising awareness of agricultural workers and their families about the following topics: agricultural work, pesticides, health and environment

• Creative contents suitable for individuals of different educational and cultural levels
• Favors approximation of family health teams to agricultural workers reality everyday life
• Reduction of patient care needs in SUS
