High incidence of cavities in Brazilian indigenous populations.

Proposed innovation
• Implementation of a health program that aggregates values and concepts of the community.
• Availability of fluoride to indigenous communities through regular topical application and access to fluoridated toothpaste.

• Book: ‘Dawa Rowasuu’ – the history of teeth.
• Booklet: ‘Dasadawa weda’ – oral health.
• Video ‘Iwara wiahu´upe’ – the race of knowledge.
• Xavante educational game.
